Users must be at least 18 years of age. AMW Brand facilitates membership registration through the successful payment of an activation fee (Starter or Plus). This fee is paid to AMW Brand for the promotional service of account setup, onboarding assistance, and digital access facilitation to the FortuneX dashboard. Membership access is personal and non-transferable.
AMW Brand acts solely as a promotional intermediary. While we ensure your registration is successful and your account is activated, the actual FortuneX platform—including its content review tasks, internal UI, and specific reward mechanics—is governed by the parent platform's own internal policies and algorithms.
FortuneX provides the rewards ecosystem for content engagement. Rewards are earned based on task completion and accuracy. You acknowledge that AMW Brand does not control reward rates or task frequency. The platform reserves the right to modify these rates to ensure long-term sustainability.
You agree not to engage in restricted activities, including the use of scripts/bots to game the system or creating multiple accounts. Violations will be reported to the platform and may result in immediate account termination by AMW Brand or FortuneX.
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Because activation fees cover the immediate provision of digital access and onboarding services, refunds are limited to 48 hours and only if no platform rewards have been redeemed.
AMW Brand shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the FortuneX platform. As a promotional partner, our liability is limited strictly to the registration and onboarding process handled on this domain.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
