At FortuneX, we value our members' satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our membership activation fees (Starter and Plus packages).
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you have paid for a membership and have not yet accessed the premium dashboard or performed any revenue-generating tasks, you are eligible for a full refund of your registration fee.

Our billing department reviews all requests within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original source of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 2–3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
If you upgrade from Starter to Plus, the initial Starter fee is non-refundable as it has already been utilized for the prior membership period.
