Users must be at least 18 years of age. Membership is granted upon successful payment of the activation fee (Starter or Plus). This fee covers your digital access to the dashboard for the duration of the subscription period. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
FortuneX provides a platform for content review and engagement. Rewards are earned based on task completion and accuracy. We reserve the right to modify reward rates, task availability, and redemption thresholds at any time to ensure the sustainability of the ecosystem.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accrued rewards.
All payments are processed securely through our authorized partners. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which allows for a 48-hour cancellation window provided no rewards have been redeemed.
FortuneX shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if FortuneX or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
